Birders enjoyed a sunny warm summer day at Acacia Reservation, a former golf course returning to nature. The parking area was full due to a walking event, but the natural areas had sufficient space for birds and birders along with the walkers. Baltimore Orioles nest here, as well as numerous Barn Swallows. Two Bald Eagles flew over, as did three Green Herons and two Red-tailed Hawks.
