Volunteers are essential to all aspects of local Audubon chapter activities that serve the community. Join us to help promote the Audubon mission.
WCAS Volunteer Opportunities, Project Work, and Leadership Roles. WCAS invites people interested in the Audubon mission to consider joining and get involved. Volunteer service is needed in nonprofit board leadership, program development, fundraising, and bird friendly coffee sales. Activities may be on the web helping with sharing news and stories on social media, working remotely online, or outside following COVID safe distancing guidelines. Volunteers work on projects in small groups at twice monthly Guardians of Nature meetings. A volunteer coordinator role helps lead recruitment, placement, and retention of volunteers, is an advocate for the Audubon mission, and attends virtual Board meetings. There are many rewarding opportunities available to engage in meaningful conservation work! Bring your passion and dedication. Interested? Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org We’d like to hear from you!
