So, there you have it, there was an effort to reduce the plastic bags, but they moved forward on a state level, to prevent local governments from regulating disposable containers.”
A prominent concern is the issue of free roaming domestic cats (feral and pet animals). A great deal of research has been done and continues to be done on cat and bird interactions with birds and other wildlife not faring well.
