One way to help the environment, ensure your plants thrive, and help Western Cuyahoga Audubon’s fundraising efforts, is to purchase Tilth Soil.
We know many, if not most, of our Western Cuyahoga Audubon members love to garden and grow a variety of plants. One way to help the environment, ensure your plants thrive, and help Western Cuyahoga Audubon’s fundraising efforts, is to purchase Tilth Soil.
Tilth Soil is produced through composting of food and plant waste by the Cleveland-based company, Rust Belt Riders! The soil that is produced is blended to produce a variety of soils for indoor, outdoor, and seedling plants. All of the varieties of soils are available through the Western Cuyahoga Audubon website and available in Small bags, - approximately 5 lbs., or Large bags - approximately 35 lbs.
Sprout - Organic. For starting seeds and transplants. Ideal for cell trays.
Grow - Organic mix to use for filling raised beds, large pots, and amending existing soils. Grow is Tilth Soil's general-purpose soil that will give your plants the best chance at a successful growing season.
House - Just the right blend for house plants.
Bloom - Bloom is an all-in-one super soil that has the ability to take plants from vegetation to flowering with little need for supplemental nutrient feeding.
