An Olive-sided Flycatcher was the highlight of the August 2016 Second Saturday Bird Walk. The bird was stationed on a bare tree, flying out for insects and returning to its chosen perch. Steamy weather at 9 a.m. intensified over the course of the morning, but a leisurely pace made the walk enjoyable. Thanks to birder Brent for spotting the Olive-sided Flycatcher.
