About: From the beginning, the Nature Center has been a place to celebrate the beauty and natural surroundings that are central to the identity of the Shaker community. Since 1983, our signature All People's Trail has offered picturesque views of our marsh and stream habitats and has been key to fulfilling our mission of education and conservation. The Center is thrilled to now be completing an exciting renovation of this iconic trail. The reconstruction of the All People's Trail and the restoration of surrounding native habitats will ensure the treasured Nature Center remains a state-of-the-art outdoor classroom with expanded learning opportunities and spaces for quiet and reflective moments in nature.
